You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. We can ship products anywhere in the United States. When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your shipments destination. Our shipping charges are determined by the total dollar amount of your order, excluding applicable sales tax. Some products cannot be shipped to international destinations so please submit a message to us from the Contact Us page if you would like to discuss international ordering options.
Note:
Swing sets and other large items are shipped via Curbside Shipping. Delivery will be done by a tractor/trailer (a big truck). driver is only responsible for delivering (driving) the order to your curb. A delivery appointment is scheduled by the freight company via the phone number(s) you provide in your order. No delivery will be made unless an appointment is set and someone is present to inspect the package and help unload as the delivery person requires your assistance in unloading the order. Some deliveries require meeting the driver/truck at the end of a street or subdivision in situations where the truck cannot enter the area due to city ordinances or low level wires/trees. Any additional services, such as two-man delivery, inside delivery, lift gate, or address change are not included in the price of the freighted item. The cost of these additional services varies from city to city. They usually cost between $35.00 and $150.00 extra. You may purchase these additional services directly from the freight carrier when delivery is scheduled. It is a good idea when you make your appointment, to have the freight company call you 30 to 45 minutes before delivery so as to avoid having to wait for the driver to show up.
If , on the rare occation, your swing set arrives and has visible damage, do not refuse delivery. Unload off truck and make note of any damaged or missing parts on the bill of lading, then sign. Do not sign without listing parts on the "BOL". After you have listed any parts that need replacement, call or email Kid Gymz and we will send them to you at no charge immediately. Rest assured, we stand behind our product and service.
Accessory Orders:
If you are not completely satisfied with your Kid Gymz order, you may return any swing set accessory item within thirty (30) days after receipt. Please make sure that the item is in its original packaging.
Prior to returning your item, you will need to obtain a Return Authorization Number. Returns for merchandise will not be accepted without this number.
Please contact our Customer Service department by phone at 800-752-9787 or email at customerservice@kidgymz.com They will provide you with your Return Authorization number as well as the address where you should ship this item. The return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Once the item is received by our distribution center, you will receive a credit (less original shipping & handling) applied toward your original method of payment.
Products Delivered by Common Carrier:
Kid Gymz Swing Sets, will be assessed a 20% restocking fee.
Damaged or Defective Items:
Please refer to our Kid Gymz Warranty Page for wooden swing sets or outdoor play products that are damaged or defective.
Cancellations:
Swing Set and Outdoor Play Product Orders can not be canceled after shipment. Refusal of a common carrier (freight company) delivery will result in you being charged shipping fees both to and from the shipping address. |
